Shipping Policy
General Information
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.
Processing Time
It usually takes 1 to 3 business days to process and ship out your order. The estimated shipping date is based on the selected shipping method. Shipping dates are based on business days and do not include weekends and holidays. Your order will be shipped to the specified address according to the shipping method selected during checkout
Please note that, at times unexpected delays may occur which TapTale has no control over, such as bad weather, incorrect address information, availability of the product, shipment being held by local customs, etc.

The shipping time frames mentioned above for shipping are not included in the production times.
Local charges (sales tax, customs duty, import taxes, etc.) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and at his or her own expense.
Please Don't Refuse Your Package
If you refuse your shipments, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, and any duties, taxes and/or customs charges on the package (both original and return shipments), plus the cost of returning the package to TapTale .
Out of Stock Items
If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items is out of stock: we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order, issuing a refund to your original form of payment for the item(s) not in stock.
Shipping Notification
When your order ships, you will receive your order ID to track your item as it makes its way to you, as well as the date your order was shipped.

Reserved Rights Regarding Shipping
While we will make every effort to accommodate your shipping and billing preferences, TapTale reserves the right to require customers to use a “common” shipping and billing address in the event we are unable to process an order or verify a shipping address provided.
Additionally, TapTale reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or cancel orders from customers at any time due to:
- An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
- An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,
- Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
Similarly, TapTale reserves the right to limit, refuse, and/or reject returns (both in-store and online) to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
